Editional Studio is an architecture practice and design shop in Manchester set up by Jo Sharples and Jack Richards in 2018. While renovating a shop and a flat, they decided to take architecture to the high street by incorporating their studio into the retail space, with working processes on display for all to view. The not-for-profit design shop hosts a programme of exhibitions showcasing the work of emerging designers, and sells limited edition protoÂtypes made in small batches. Editional Studio welcomes the chance encounters that come with shopkeeping.
