100 Day Studio: Sebastian Multerer: Otho and the City

Day 87 of the 100 Day Studio: Sebastian Multerer (Multerer Architekten) speaks about the architect Otho Orlando Kurz, who worked in Munich at the beginning of 20th century, a time when the “Staffelbauplan” of Theodor Fischer was established as an urban planning tool. The talk focusses on the conditions of urban planning in these times and on Kurz´ progress in developing an architectural vocabulary for his oeuvre of residential buildings.
