Day 90 of the 100 Day Studio: Prem Krishnamurthy is a designer, curator, writer, and teacher based in Berlin and New York. He currently co-directs Wkshps a multidisciplinary design practice and organises Commune, an emergent, multiform workshop that practices artistic tools for social transformation. He reads from ‘The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and Body in the Healing of Trauma’ by Bessel van der Kolk. The reading forms part of Bedtime Stories, a series of nightly broadcasts on Instagram curated by Alicia Pivaro.
