Day 69 of the 100 Day Studio: Over the past couple of years Design Studio 18 at the University of Westminster has been investigating the effects of the climate and ecological crisis from the atmospheres of Norway to the monsoonal river basin of Myanmar. Through the lens of data, mapping, simulation, narrative and novel programmes, students have imagined architecture’s potential interaction in these other climates. The session will cover a brief overview of the studio’s approach, design processes, climate learnings and design insights through four student projects.
