NewTecnic are world leaders in building engineering. The Newtecnic approach, based on research from first principles, allows the company to achieve design excellence, from concept to fabrication, of the complete building, including engineering design for structure, facades and internal environment. Newtecnic designs with 3D BIM models that become highly evolved during the design process. Components from these BIM models, are generated with the support of a dedicated Newtecnic research and development team, based on physical testing and prototyping. This approach allows challenging projects to be delivered within short time frames and on budget, whilst maintaining high levels of technical accomplishment.
Howard Tee manages and leads high profile projects and consultant relationships at Newtecnic, including most recently the Riyadh KAFD Metro Station, the Grand Theatre de Rabat, and the Baku Heydar Aliyev Cultural Centre. Howard leads the client and design team relationships for projects, as well as developing strong interfaces with manufacturers and contractors.
Fabio Micoli leads the structural, environmental and MEP engineering across all projects. He has worked on a range of projects, ranging from the Grand Theatre of Rabat, the Riyadh KAFD Metro Station and the Burj Alshaya development in Kuwait City. He is leading the research and development at Newtecnic in collaboration with the Cambridge University Engineering Department.
