Lecture date: 2003-10-14

Caminadas aesthetic is rooted in craft, perhaps owing to his training in carpentry, certainly stemming from his knowlege of context. He works from his native village of Vrin, in Grischun (Grissons) in Switzerland.
His projects there include a new schoolhouse, a goat dairy, and the powerful stiva da morts or mortuary, the subject of a recent publication from ETH, where he is a professor.
