AA XX 100 / AA Collections Talks
Kate Heron, Julia Dwyer, Barbara Weiss, Susan Francis and Hélène Solvay
Kate Heron became a student at the AA 50 years ago. Ten years after that she was invited to speak by some women students, newly formed as a group to discuss women in architecture, and for both her and members of the group it was a personal defining moment. In this discussion, she will discuss the challenges they faced then with one member of that original group and two other former students. However the focus of discussion will be on the current generation, is education different and what does this mean for the future?
