Lars Spuybroek is principal of NOX, an architecture office in Rotterdam. Since the early 1990s he has been involved in research into the relationship between architecture and media, often more specifically between architecture and computing. His award-winning work covers a range of media from books and videos to interactive electronic artworks.
Current projects include an interactive tower for the Dutch city of Doetinchem (D-Tower), a house where sounds live (Son-O-house), a multiple complex of cultural buildings in Lille, and an interactive office building in Stratford-upon-Avon (Soft Office).
