The Cheshire-based practice was founded in 2011 by Annabelle Tugby, who previously worked at Stephenson Bell Architects and Michael Hyde Associates. The six-strong practice attributes its growing success to both ‘extreme care, thought and attention to detail’ and team synergy. The latter is rooted in a collaborative ethos where ‘everyone’s voice is heard,’ and ‘there is a lack of ego and a completely level structure’. Key projects include a development of five houses in Prestbury (which was shortlisted for the Manchester Society of Architects’ President’s Award), the Eddisbury Barns dwelling in the Macclesfield greenbelt, and the stand-alone Terracotta House finished in red brick and earthenware tiles. https://www.annabelletugbyarchitects.co.uk
