Established in 2013 by Nick Wood, How About Studio describes itself as a creative practice working at the intersection between art and architecture. The driving force behind its work is a ‘desire to imagine, design, and build experiences that tell rich, engaging stories’.
Inspired by its early low-budget projects for festivals that made unexpected use of scavenged and reused materials, the practice’s approach to sustainability is focused on legacy and lifecycles. An ongoing research project into single-use plastics has led to the Flotsam installation at Selfridges and Space of Waste, a pavilion at ZSL London Zoo. https://howaboutstudio.com/
