Founded by Alex Scott Whitby in 2014, the studio pursues an architecture that is deeply rooted in context by synthesising historical, social, ecological and geographical influences into its design. Based in London’s Soho, the architecture and urban design practice works internationally with a diverse range of new and returning clients including homeowners, international property companies and cultural institutions. Ongoing work includes a major reconfiguration of a building for the Simon Community homeless charity, an ambitious revamp of the Grade II-listed Westminster Chapel in the City of Westminster and an 18-storey building of 140 apartments above a civic plinth next to London’s Victoria Station. https://www.scottwhitby.com/
