Unknown Works is a design and research studio spanning the fields of architecture, urban design, exhibition design, installation and digital media. Founded in London in 2018, the studio works at all scales from the creation of buildings and infrastructure through to multi-media performances and immersive interventions. Unknown Works describes itself as fascinated by the human condition, the development of cities, the interactions of social and urban environments and the mechanics of space distribution. Projects include Scotts TKL, a fish and chip shop in Chengdu, China. For this unusual concept restaurant, fish and chip shops from around the UK were 3D scanned and digitally replicated to form the chippie’s unfolding facade and furniture. https://www.unknown.works/
